McKEE'S CEMETERY - Officials Presented with memorial Post and Iron Fence -
There is a rural cemetery in this locality -- McKee's cemetery on the Fergus and Orangeville road in East Garafraxa -- in which not only the officials take pride, but the whole district has just cause to regard with satisfaction.    The property always presents a fine appearance.  A year ago, an attractive entrance gate was constructed with stone pillars and iron gates.  There is also a stone building in which services may be held during unfavorable weather.    This week, through the generosity of John S. Goodall, of Belwood, and his sister, Mrs. W. B. Hamilton, of Oregon, further improvements have been made.  A stone memorial post, some three feet square and eight feet high, built of colored stone to match the gateway, bears the name "McKee."  The field stones from which it is built were gathered from the Goodall farm, above Belwood.  An iron fence stretches for some 24 feet on one side of this post.  It was built by the Lundy Fence Co. of Toronto, and ordered through their local representatives, Garvin Bros.  The donation was made by Mr. Goodall and his sister in memory of their parents, and the result is very creditable to all concerned. -- Fergus News-Record

 Price's Corners Cemetery
(Last updated October 19, 2005)

This cemetery is located on Dufferin County Road 3 just east of McKee's Cemetery.  I believe this one is right on the corner of the Sixth Line.  It is beside Bethel Presbyterian Church, which is now a private residence.
